Orders and delivery

Every parcel is packed in an insulated liner with gel ice. Metro orders arrive in 1-3 business days and regional orders in 2-5. If anything arrives warm, contact us within 24 hours and we will replace or refund it.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST on a business day leave the same day. Later orders are dispatched the next business day.

At the moment we ship within Australia only. Wholesale enquiries from overseas buyers are welcome at service@zenthavolt.shop.

Returns and quality

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Perishable items can be returned when they arrive damaged, spoiled or incorrect.

Email service@zenthavolt.shop with your order number. We reply with return instructions within two business days.

Once your return is inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
